Reflection on the leadership skills(strengths and weaknesses).
I have learnt upon reflection that there are many types of leadership strengths and everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses. Some leaders are vocal while some are discipline and others are individualistic. Not only strengths are important but weaknesses are important as well as we must know where they lie to improve on them. Some people display a lack of confidence and some show anti-social or improper behavior. There are also people who want to work with other people they prefer, which may result in disagreements. These weaknesses are sometimes habitual and may be hard to improve on. However, there are also many ways we can improve on these weaknesses. We can give support to one another, have pride and confidence in yourself and inspire others to achieve as you did. In a nutshell, I have learnt a great deal from what Gico talked about and i will be applying many of these skills that I have learnt into my daily life.

I think that being a leader, you must sacrifice your time to do duties that was assigned by other leaders. We must do our duties, responsibly. Some have their own weaknesses and we need to encourage them more and let them think positively of themselves.

A leader has its own strengths and weaknesses. Hence, every leader make mistake and should learn from it. A leader should also have the right leadership skills to influence others. Doesn't mean you are a leader, you have the right to control others and being bossy. A leader is equal to others but special in own ways and characteristics.
