Heyy Jyian Prefects,Hope all of you are coping well with studies and Prefectorial board.
I would like to update all of you about the prefectorial board.
Since our Prefect Investiture 2010, There has been changes in the Prefectorial board.

now let me tell you about the new rules of our duties
Canteen Duty
There are going to be two shifts of duties
1st recess - 1st Shift (10.20-10.35) 2nd Shift (10.35-10.50)
2nd recess - 1st Shift (10.50-11.05) 2nd Shift (11.05-11.20)
only those doing the 1st Shift will only be allow to release 5 minutes earlier from class
Late-Coming Duty
-Traffic Duty has resume (4 prefecst per day)
Only 6 prefects to be seen around the foyer doing late-coming duty.
Reward System
there will be a reward system program starting next month. Awards given to the Best Prefects of the Month(Male/Female) and also the Best Group of the Month.
Criterias include your puntuality for duty, responsibility, attire, attitude and etc.
prefecttorial board meeting will be held every Tuesday during morning assembly every week. Changes will be informed by the exco members.

Dearest Prefects,All of us will be having en event in school during the 3 days( Wed-Fri)
The Sec Fours- (4E1- Sec One Camp) (4A1- Sec Two Camp) & (4E2- CIP @ ECP)
The Sec Threes- Trekking at Gunung Datuk
The Sec Twos- Camp @ Jalan Bahtera
This may be your first time attending camps out-of-school or overseas. But take note that wherever you are, make sure you make the best possible memories to bring back home with you.
Down the road, if you meet your classmates, you can find a subject to talk and joke about. This camp/activities, should be one of them.
We, as humans, are constantly learning.. like the saying. " Learning never stops in school."
During the camp/activities, if you make mistakes, be sure to reflect about it. Do not throw tantrums or say vulgarities(which you know you shouldn't). Do not act impulsively. Remember Mr Ethan Tan? He used to constantly remind us about 4Fs. Facts, Findings, Feelings, Future.
Apply it!!
Whenever I go to camps, I will tell myself," I will want to discover more about myself." I want to know what I lack at so that I can improve myself. My point is, do not be narrow-minded. Open your mind to feedbacks, cause they will help you.
